The Palestinian Union of Latin America (UPAL) extends its sincerest congratulations to the organizers of the meeting in Madrid, dedicated to promoting the principle of a single democratic and secular state throughout historic Palestine, where all—Muslims, Christians, and Jews—can live together in equality, justice, and freedom, in a peaceful coexistence free from Zionist ideology.
We especially extend our recognition to Raúl Miguel for his leadership, commitment, and political clarity in defending this inclusive, just, and profoundly humane vision.
This initiative is fully aligned with UPAL’s thinking and principles, which advocate for a united, free, and sovereign Palestine, without walls, without apartheid, and without exclusion of any kind.
